MICAELLE ALEXIS

Micaelle (Mica) Alexis is an experienced executive coach and human resource leader with over 20 years of experience building high performance cultures in Healthcare, Technology and Fortune 50 industries. Mica is passionate about talent development and helping Leaders learn and grow in their careers. She is a Certified Professional Coach with formal training from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching©). With a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois in Chicago, and MBA with a concentration in Human Resources, Mica is equipped to help leaders cultivate talent and transform teams into environments that foster success.

AMY LAMBERT

With 25+ years of experience in leadership and coaching roles, Amy enjoys developing leaders at various levels of organizations. She has experience working in complex systems and brings a perspective of how those complexities can impact one’s leadership style accordingly. Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Lynchburg, Virginia, and a Professional Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation. She is committed to service in the community and serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees for Cabrini University and volunteers at mental health provider Gateway Horseworks. She is an avid equestrian and competes locally and regionally.

SHERRY HILL

Sherry Hill has been a professional coach for 20 years and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach trained through the Coaches Training Institute. Sherry is also a Language & Behavior Profile Consultant/Trainer (LAB Profile) through Success Strategies, a Certified Practitioner/Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Certified Bigger Game Trainer. Prior to becoming a professional coach, Sherry’s career background was in education prior to coaching clients from all industries. Sherry holds a BS in Education from Illinois State University, along with graduate level studies. Sherry is a marathoner, triathlete, yoga practitioner, adventurer and a lover of the outdoors.

REBEKAH LOWE

Rebekah's approach to executive coaching is unique, as she deeply understands the extreme demands of executive life and helps her clients achieve sustained performance. Her career-changing results have been instrumental for C-Suite executives and senior leaders in various fields such as finance, technology, healthcare, academia, government, retail, and engineering. She is certified as a Professional Coach by the International Coaching Federation and Georgetown University. Her educational background and certifications, along with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Union University, reflect her continuous pursuit of excellence in our field. Her personal passions include her family, her motorcycle, golf, and chocolate.

JENNIFER PROKOPIW

Jennifer (Jenn) Prokopiw is passionate about developing individuals and helping them create actionable plans to achieve meaningful results. Prior to being a business coach, she held leadership roles in Fortune 500 organizations such as Campbell Soup and Comcast and has over 15 years experience coaching professionals. Jenn holds a Masters of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. She is certified by ProSci and Personal Decisions International (PDI) and is a member of the Institute of Coaching.  Her favorite activities include relaxing on the beach and trying new restaurants in Philly with her family.

KATHERINE CORR

Katherine (Kathy) Corr offers expertise in creating realistic and pragmatic solutions to career and business issues. Her career spanned a variety of senior leadership roles with several industries: retail, wholesale, utilities, consulting, manufacturing, and technology prior to becoming a professional coach. She specializes in talent strategy, change acceleration, performance management, and leadership coaching. Kathy holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Rutgers University. Among her other achievements, she is certified in change management by ProSci. Kathy is an avid reader, a yoga practitioner and a lover of all dogs, especially golden retrievers.
